Come join the camaraderie of our group training runs.  These runs will be led by running experts and athletic trainers, and provide an opportunity to connect with others running or walking at a similar pace. The distance of these runs will follow our beginner training schedule, and increase from week to week. Route directions will be provided at the start and fluid stations will be offered.

In order to accommodate our participants’ busy summer schedules, we are offering two options for weekly training runs:

Wednesdays, beginning July 12th - 6:00 am

Saturdays, beginning July 15th - 6:30 am

When Bad Weather Strikes

We always hope for clear skies, but we have a weather contingency in place just in case. Weather-related cancellations of our outdoor runs will be announced on Facebook and Twitter half an hour before the run is scheduled to start.

If we are forced inside, you still have options for getting a great morning workout — whether or not you’re a Bellin Fitness member. Hop on a treadmill or do some cross training; or, on Wednesday mornings, you can join the center’s 5:45 a.m. Cardio Challenge class.

Looking for an added workout after your Saturday run? Check out our 8 am Yoga or Move & Groove (scheduled on a rotating basis) at no cost.

Membership is not required; all we ask is that you sign in as a guest at the front desk and get to work!
